Are Space Trips okay to mix with Xanax?

Thursday I took two of the space trips, which are the legal "extacy" pills. And for the passed three days, I have still felt like I was "Rolling". I haven't slept nor Eatin anything since Thursday. I will never do anything like that again. I really think I need to just sleep this off and get back onto my normal schedule. I literally cannot sleep though, even though I want to. I lay down for hours and nothing happens. I'm not a pill popper, or a stoner, but I heard Xanax can help you sleep? So in my situation, Should I be okay to take one and finally let my body rest?
